Hatter 4 Hope

On June 24th, 2026, a 7.2, then a 7.4, earthquake hit Venezuela near La Guaira.  A month later, on August 10th a similarly powerful 7.4 magnitude earthquake hit San Jose de Palmar, impacting neighboring cities such as Pereira, Manizales, and Calí.

Over 6,800 lives lost, 230,000+ injured, and nearly 1 million people directly affected or displaced across coastal Venezuela and southwestern Colombia.  More than 36,000 homes completely destroyed, over 206,000 damaged or uninhabitable, and over 1,500 major buildings collapsed.

Given this tragedy, we've reached out to local frisbee organizations in the affected cities and are organizing a hatter to raise funds for fellow ultimate players impacted by this natural disaster.
