El Niño Finds A Way (Through The Backdoor)
El Niño (seeded 5th) Men's Sectionals began with a 2-1 day on Saturday in Pool B. They started with a loss against ELE (10-13) and then proceeded to beat Psychedelic 12-11 and Certified Scrubs 13-4. From there, they started the quarterfinals play, beating Vicous Cycle 12-8.

The following day El Niño continued bracket play with a loss against Florida Untied 15-5, which put them in the 3rd place game-to-go bracket. With two nail-bitters one after the other, El Niño squeaks past Uproar 13-11 and then won an intense game on universe against Psychedlics 13-12 to clinch their regionals spot.

Fiasco Dominates 4-0 at Largest Florida Women's Sectionals
This year at Women's Sectionals, Florida had the most women's teams it has ever had, with 5, and Fiasco (seeded 3rd) beat all of them in pool play format. For 3 out of the 4 games, Fiasco ended with at least a 3-point advantage, and their closest game was against Calypso (seeded 2nd), winning 9-8.

Rocket Surprises on Sunday
Mixed Sectionals had 4 teams. On Saturday, Rocket started with a lost against MCO, then came back with a sizeable win against Flux (2) beating them 13-5, then ended the day with a 9-11 loss against the Field Crabs from Pensacola.
